Webcast Troubleshooting Tips

If you are having trouble viewing the webcast please try refreshing the page. If you continue to have difficulty you can try selecting a lower quality stream from the menu. To do so, click the "Menu" button at the bottom of the webcast window and then select the "Quality" menu item. When the list appears on the right select a stream that is a lower number than your detected bandwidth, which is displayed at the top. This should allow you to connect successfully. If you are still not successful, local network conditions at your location may be prohibiting your participation. We do plan to archive these presentations in our video library in the coming weeks.
