Cancer pathology has evolved dramatically with the identification of biomarkers. Join us to discuss best practices for biomarker testing in regard to qualifying fatigue markers. We will discuss the biomarkers and the roles they play in better identification and management of fatigue.

After participating in this enduring material, the participant should be able to:
1. Certain biomarkers have been used in interventional trials to document cancer-related fatigue effects.
2. We currently lack fatigue phenotypes to better address the unique biological pathways impacted by radiation, chemotherapy and the cancer.
3. New multimodal imaging, post-translational modification and big data technologies and analytic tools will allow us to identify specific fatigue phenotypes |
